The name ‘Alocasia’ is derived from two plants – Aloe and Cassia. Aloe, known for its soothing properties, is complemented by Cassia (an oriental spice), which represents the ‘spice of life’ offered by the residences’ location. These two elements have influenced the design principles and philosophy of Alocasia Residences. Alocasia is also Source Energy's first ever project to include a water meter reading product.

St Marks Apartments is located seconds from the vibrant Beaufort Street cafe strip in Highgate and consists of 130 luxury 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments along with one building intended for commercial or educational use. On 29 August 2014, St Marks Apartments won both the High Density and Urban Renewal categories of the UDIA WA Awards for Excellence 2014.

Westralia Gardens, located in the coastal city of Rockingham is Source Energy’s most southern project to date. Featuring multiple buildings comprised within the one complex, the Source team worked closely with the the developer, Yaran, to design and install tailored solar energy systems. Rising to the opportunity, Source Energy was able to introduce renewable energy into the complex, ensuring the unique needs were met for each building.

The Hub, in Perth was one of Source Energy’s earliest builds and marked the first of five innovative and diverse projects with Psaros Developments, across the metropolitan area. Collaborating with the team at Psaros, Source Energy fitted out the complex with a 38.4kW solar system, with ‘lights on’ since 2016 Source Energy have continued to make sustainable energy readily available to this community.
